ABOUT ME

Originally from Michigan, I first pursued a career in law enforcement, studying at Grand Rapids Community College. Along the way, I was introduced to the world of distribution centers and logistics, where I found my true calling. Now, over a decade later, I've worked with small and large companies across multiple states and earned a B.S. in operations management with a 4.0 GPA from Southern New Hampshire University. I started my warehouse career operating a forklift on the overnight shift and have worked my way up through several technical and leadership roles. I've worked from individual contributor tactical roles to strategic leadership. I'm currently functioning as the Operations Director for Hercules Sealing Products' aftermarket distribution center in Louisville, KY.

My passion is operations management with a focus on statistical analysis. I am currently a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. My future goals include pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership or a similar field and becoming PMP certified. Beyond my dedication to quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, I also have a passion for sustainability and doing what I can for the environment with a firm understanding of the triple bottom line. I've previously worked as a project lead to become ISO 14001 certified and have been trained as an internal auditor.
