  • Store Replenishment & E-Commerce System Planner < Overnight Wave Planner < Team Leader < Replenishment & Putaway - Dec 2013 - Sep 2016
    • The Container Store is where I really cut my teeth in my distribution career. I began my journey on the overnight replenishment team primarily running forklifts and order pickers. From here I moved up to the team leader, the overnight wave planner setting up store replenishment for the next day of operations, to being promoted to a day shift store replenishment system planner and eventually e-commerce as well. 
    • Manhattan web based warehouse management system & MSC Jennifer voice and RF picking.
    • Directed flow of work and where to assign human resources to effectively complete each day's assignments.
    • Project contributor when the warehouse heavily incorporated Dematic automation as part of the operation.
    • Learned to lead unter intese time deadlines.
    • Assisted slotting team in managing warehouse allocations. 
    • ~800,000 sq/f operation.
